The Rainy Day of a Good Life.
So it's raining! I just love the rain. It reminds me of times with my family because we ALWAYS did things in the rain. Not on purpose but it started sunny and ended up raining as soon as we got there. It was amazing when we did get somewhere and it didn't rain.
Hmmmmmmm....I remember huddling under a overhang as the rain poured down, and trying to find stuff to do.
I remember our yard flooding so much that my sibblings and I would/ could swim in our backyard! Of course, our backs would stick out of the water but we didn't care.
As I got older so did my connection with water, I started viewing it as God's grace and love. I love it!
The rain always reminds me of God's grace, refreshing and always when you need it the most. Just as rain usually comes right when we need it. The rain doesn't come everyday but we know that it will rain.
Just like God's love, sometimes we can't necessarily feel it but it's there and when it comes down it's refreshing and well worth the wait.
Oh yes, I love the rain.
Why do people always complain about the rain? What happens is when it's hot and sunny they complain that it's hot and sunny yet when it rains they complain that its cold, and rainy. Pick one already! I don't like the heat, but when the rain comes, I'm ALL for it!
If I could possibly pull it off with out mudding clothes I would so get married in the rain...Seriously I love it that much!
I think the rain was a perfect way to end my labor day weekend of no school and as I drive in the rain back to school
I will enjoying thinking of God's love and grace flowing down unlimitless. :)
