Blessings From Around

Can I just say life has been hard? In between my car tire's dry rotting on the vehicle, THAN it just not starting, than me injuring my arm...life is hard. BUT, in the midst of all this, life has been rewarding, VBS went great! Praise God for that. It had it's problem's but it also had it's moments where I wouldn't of traded that for all the world!
So right now as my arm throbbs in pain as I type...I think about all the great things that happened in the last weeks....it's getting good.

BOTTOM LINE: Did I mention, I want to be a children's pastor? YEAH, wait...not that kind! Not the boring one's that basically all they do is baby sit the kids. But the kind who's whole focus is to spread the good news, starting with training the youngest into godly leaders of tomorrow. So this whole VBS thing was great! I taught the 5/6 grade girls and that was heaven to me. I loved making motions to help the kids learn memory verses, I loved listening to what they had to say about the lesson. I wouldn't of traded it for the world.
Now, I have another great thing! My church's Children's pastor is heading up to Canada(sad to see him & his family leave BUT....), the good news in all this is I have a opportunity with my fellow conspiritor Michael(we both help in our church children's ministy) to teach the entire lesson Sunday! I AM SO PSCHYED! So here I am, txting, calling, emailing, fbing, etc, trying to get everything together for Sunday and it feels great! I have no worries at this possible moment to ruin this.
With wanting to work with children, I am learning from the world's greatest Children's pastor...Mr. Rob- what could be better?! He has given me a chance to do all kinds of things that have made a impact on my life. When I was 14, He believed I could teach dance at Camp Gattawanna(Children's camp), it's been 2 years or more since I started helping in 4-6th grade sunday school, been working with him in inner city sunday school for almost a year. I thank God for Mr. Rob everyday, and for God for giving me this chance to make a differnce in children's lives.
So can I just hope that just as I have seen these, "Blessings From Around" that ya'll(I am from Tn!) would take a look at your life & strive to see the Blessings From Around & be thankful for them.
